behaves? This is the most useful mail we get, and it gets handled first.

article title and what is wrong — a link to the exact section helps. We check the
claim against current behaviour, correct the article, and the revision then shows
as a "Reviewed" date on the page.
Topic requests
Stuck on something and unable to find a straight answer for it? Tell us what the
problem actually is. Reader requests feed directly into what gets written, and
the awkward real-world problems tend to make the better articles.

This is a one-person publication, so replies are personal rather than instant.
We aim to answer within a few business days. Corrections are prioritised over
everything else: even when a reply takes longer, a confirmed factual error gets
fixed in the article as soon as it is verified.
